1st family trip= success!

First we flew into Sacramento and drove to Folsom, CA. We stayed the night with a friend of Patrick's. Also, the couple getting married. We cooked dinner and had wine while Lillie played with their one year old, Mia. The wedding was on a Friday and Patrick's aunt and her daughter and a friend drove from Napa to babysit Lillie at the hotel. I was nervous to leave her, but Lil was fine and she was in such great hands:) Patrick's aunt Nancy fell asleep on the bed with Lillie.

After the wedding we drove to San Francisco in our rental car. By the way, it was a fancy rental car! I was expecting a ford focus, but the guy said it was too smal, so instead he hooked us up in a Buick Lacrosse- sounds lame, but it was beautiful! We even talked about getting one! ha It was fully loaded and very classy!
Anyways, We stayed at the Mariott marquis downtown. It was great- 28th floor. People are so nice and helpful when traveling with a baby. I didn't even ask and they sent up a fridge and the pack n play. I also needed some dishwashing soap for bottles, so i called room service and they sent it from the kitchen! so helpful!!!! We went to Fisherman's Wharf, walked around, and the enjoyed a nice dinner WITH wine AND Lillie! She was perfect, just sat and enjoyed her bread:) It got chilly that evening, so i threw my scarf on lillie and we walked back to the hotel.
The next day we headed to Golden Gate park. We took the bus- lots of weed smoking going on in this city by the way! A homeless man had a joint in his mouth and was talking trash to no one on the bus ride! I was scared and of course Lillie is just staring at him...
We went to bed early, since we had a baby, but not before we ordered up chocolate cake and 2 skim milks:) We had a great time...just lots to carry and bring!
